1. Submit Application

Start by filling out our online application form and uploading your supporting documents - such as your academic transcripts, degree certificates, and ID. Our system uses this information to evaluate your eligibility for scholarship-supported programs at our partner institutions.

  • Copy of Passport or Government issued ID e.g. Driver’s License
  • A passport size photo (featuring only your head and shoulders)
  • Copy of degree and marks sheets (for each semester or year) for each previous qualification
  • CV (Optional but recommended)
  • English language proficiency document e.g. IELTS test score (if available).

2. Wait for Assessment

Our admissions team carefully reviews your documents and profile. We assess your eligibility for admission and scholarship consideration with our partner institutions. This initial assessment usually takes a few business days, after which you’ll receive an update on your eligibility status.

Timeline: 1 to 3 business days

  • Your qualification and documents are checked by ApplyMate case manager.
  • If we need anything else from you, you are notified by your case manager.
  • We make our best efforts to match you to the program of your choice.

3. Pay Processing Fee

If your profile passes the initial assessment, you’ll be invited to proceed by paying the processing fee. It can be paid online or via bank transfer.
This covers administrative handling, document preparation, building a case for scholarship, and the submission of your complete application to your chosen institution.

Fully refundable in any of the following cases:

  • If no admission offer is received within 30 business days of payment.

  • If the admission offer includes a scholarship of less than 25% of the institution’s published tuition fee.

4. Receive Admission Offer

ApplyMate prepares your personalised application package, submits it on your behalf and coordinates with the target institution. Once accepted, you’ll receive an official admission offer directly from the institution - including details of your scholarship award (up to 50%) and next steps for enrollment.

Timeline: 3 to 7 business days

  • You’ll typically receive your admission offer letter within 3 to 7 business days from the date of payment.
  • In some cases, the process may take up to 30 business days, depending on the institution, the specific program you have applied for, your chosen start date and other factors.

5. Pay Tuition Fee​

After you accept the offer, you’ll pay your tuition fee directly to the institution, not to ApplyMate. From there, you can begin your onboarding and start your academic journey with confidence, knowing that ApplyMate helped you get there faster and more affordably.
