About ApplyMate
What is ApplyMate?
ApplyMate is an education support platform that helps students apply for scholarships and admissions to our partner institutions. How does ApplyMate work?
The process is simple:
Submit your application on our website.
Our team reviews your profile and eligibility.
If your profile meets our initial assessment we send you an invoice to pay the ApplyMate processing fee.

How does ApplyMate help to secure scholarships?
We work closely with our partner institutions. We are aware of the different kinds of scholarships that they offer and the criteria. We build a solid case on your behalf and secure the best possible scholarship for you. Some of our partners also have unique scholarships available exclusively for ApplyMate applicants.

About Applications
Does ApplyMate charge any processing fees?
Our processing fee is only €99 for diploma level courses and €199 for bachelor / master / doctorate programs. It is payable after your eligibility has been reviewed by ApplyMate and we are confident that we can help you secure a scholarship between 25 and 50%.
The processing fees must be paid before we submit your application to your chosen institution.
What is the professing fees for?
The processing fee covers the administrative work involved in reviewing your documents, preparing a personalised application package suitable for your scholarship, submitting your application to our partner institution and ongoing communication with the institution.
It is refundable if we do not meet our commitment to you.
Do I pay anything else to ApplyMate?
No. ApplyMate only charges the processing fee once per application. Any tuition or other fees are paid directly to the partner institution after you receive your offer of admission.
Is the processing fee refundable?
Fully refundable in any of the following cases:
- If no admission offer is received within 30 business days of payment.
- If the admission offer includes a scholarship of less than 25% of the institution’s published tuition fee.
- If the applicant does not secure any offer of admission from the institution.
How do I pay the processing fee?
Once your eligibility and document check is completed we will issue you an invoice. You can pay online via a credit/debit card or by bank transfer.
How can I apply?
Please see the application page on our website. It explains the whole application process and what to expect after the application in a detailed manner.
How many courses can I apply for?
Each application allows for selection of one program only. If you would like to apply for more than one program you will have to submit the application form more than once and a separate processing fee will be payable for each application.
How long does the whole process take?
This depends on your chosen program. Admission offers are usually issued within 5 to 10 days from the date of payment of the processing fee. Some programs can take up to 30 days.
Does ApplyMate guarantee admission or scholarships?
No. ApplyMate facilitates the process and works closely with institutions to maximize your chances of success, but final admission and scholarship decisions rest with the partner institution.
In case you are not accepted by the institution OR if the offer of admission is delayed by more than 30 calendar days OR if the offer of admission is with less than 25% scholarship, then your ApplyMate processing fee is fully refunded.
How much scholarship can I expect?
You can expect 25% to 50% scholarship. The average scholarship percentage that we have obtained for our applicants is 40%.
Why do I need ApplyMate for getting a scholarship?
You don’t, however when applying directly to the institution, there is no guarantee of admission to the program. Even if you are accepted, a scholarship is not guaranteed.
When you apply through ApplyMate, both your chances of admission and the likelihood of receiving a scholarship significantly improve. In fact, the scholarship percentage secured through ApplyMate is always much higher than what applicants receive when applying independently, making application through ApplyMate a more sensible choice.
We achieve higher scholarship percentages for our applicants by professionally crafting the application and leveraging our strong partnerships with educational institutions. Our pay-later policy and 100% success guarantee make your application through ApplyMate completely risk free. With ApplyMate you can never lose.

You will typically need:
- Your most recent academic transcripts or certificates
Passport or ID copy
