Application Steps & Guidance
1. Explore
Programs.
Start by browsing our available programs on the Courses page and identify a program that aligns with your academic background and career goals.
If you are unsure which program is right for you, our team can help guide you toward suitable options.
2. Prepare Your Documents
Before starting your application, have the following documents ready (general requirements may vary by program):
Commonly Required Documents:
- Academic certificates and transcripts
- Passport or government-issued ID
- Passport size photo
- Updated CV / Résumé (optional but recommended)

If for some reason any of your documents are not available, please contact us and we will guide you further.
3. Complete the Application Form
Once you’ve selected your course, complete the online application form with accurate details and upload your supporting documents.
The form allows us to assess:
- Your academic eligibility
- Scholarship potential
- Program fit
- Any additional admissions requirements
It also allows us to create a personalised application and scholarship package on your behalf for submission to the target institution.
What happens after you apply
1. Initial Assessment by ApplyMate
Once you submit the application, a case manager will be assigned to it. The case manager will conduct an initial assessment.
This can take 1-3 business days.
2. Processing Fee Payment
If your profile appears suitable to move forward, we will inform you about the same and also the scholarship percentage you can expect from the institution.
Should you decide to move forward, we will send you an invoice to pay the processing fee.
No processing fee is collected before an initial assessment is completed.
3. Personalised Application Package Preparation
Once your processing fees are received, our team prepares a personalised application package on your behalf for submission to the institution.
This may include presenting your academic background, professional experience, and supporting documentation in a structured manner designed to strengthen your application and maximise your chances of admission and scholarship consideration.
Depending on the program, we may also guide you on improving elements such as:
- Statement of Purpose or motivation statement
- Supporting documentation presentation
- Scholarship-focused application positioning
- Additional materials that may strengthen your profile
Our goal is not simply to submit an application, but to present your profile as competitively as possible.
4. Offer & Scholarship Outcome
Eligible applicants may receive admission offers along with scholarship opportunities of up to 50%, depending on the program and applicant profile.
Applicants then accept the offer of admission and complete any additional formalities directly with the institution.
