About ApplyMate

What is ApplyMate?

ApplyMate is an education support platform that helps students apply for scholarships and admissions to our partner institutions. We review your profile, identify suitable opportunities, build a case for your scholarship and submit your application on your behalf, saving you time and ensuring a higher chance of success.

The process is simple:

Submit your application on our website.

Our team reviews your profile and eligibility.

If your profile meets our initial assessment we send you an invoice to pay the ApplyMate processing fee.

Once paid, ApplyMate submits your complete application to the selected partner institution and follows up until an admission offer with scholarship is received.

We work closely with our partner institutions. We are aware of the different kinds of scholarships that they offer and the criteria. We build a solid case on your behalf and secure the best possible scholarship for you. Some of our partners also have unique scholarships available only for ApplyMate applicants.

ApplyMate has helped over 1500 students from several countries. Over 2 million euro worth of scholarships have been awarded via ApplyMate.

ApplyMate is based in Queensland, Australia.

Our current focus is to build relationships with institutions in Europe.

About Applications

Does ApplyMate charge any processing fees?

The standard processing fee is €199, payable after your eligibility has been reviewed by ApplyMate and we are confident that we can help you secure a scholarship between 25 and 50%.
The processing fees must be paid before we submit your application to your chosen institution.

The processing fee covers the administrative work involved in reviewing your documents, preparing documents supporting your scholarship, and submitting your application to our partner institution.
It is not a tuition payment and is only refundable in certain cases.

No. ApplyMate only charges the processing fee once per application. Any tuition or other fees are paid directly to the partner institution after you receive your offer of admission.

Fully refundable in any of the following cases:

  • If no admission offer is received within 30 business days of payment.
  • If the admission offer includes a scholarship of less than 25% of the institution’s published tuition fee.

Once your eligibility and document check is completed we will issue you an invoice. You can pay online via a credit/debit card or by bank transfer.

Each application allows for selection of one program only. If you would like to apply for more than one program you will have to submit the application form more than once and a separate processing fee will be payable for each application.

This depends on your chosen program. Admission offers are usually issued within 5 to 10 days from the date of payment of the processing fee. Some programs can take up to 30 days.

No. ApplyMate facilitates the process and works closely with institutions to maximize your chances of success, but final admission and scholarship decisions rest with the partner institution.

In case you are not accepted by the institution OR if the offer of admission is with less than 25% scholarship, then your ApplyMate processing fee is fully refunded.

You can expect 25% to 50% scholarship. The average scholarship percentage our applicants get is 40%.

When applying directly to the institution, there is no guarantee of admission to the program. Even if you are accepted, a scholarship is not guaranteed.

However, when you apply through ApplyMate, both your chances of admission and the likelihood of receiving a scholarship significantly improve. In fact, the scholarship percentage secured through ApplyMate is almost always much higher than what applicants receive when applying independently.

We achieve these higher scholarship rates by professionally crafting your application and leveraging our strong partnerships with educational institutions.

You will typically need:

  • Your most recent academic transcripts or certificates
  • Passport or ID copy

  • Passport size photo
  • Updated CV or résumé

  • Personal statement or motivation letter (optional)

  • Proof of English language proficiency

Additional documents may be requested depending on the program.

Generally speaking you will receive the offer of admission in your email directly from the institution. In some cases the admission offer may be routed through ApplyMate.

You can contact us through email or through the chat support available on our website.

After you accept an offer, pay your tuition fee as per the conditions of the offer letter and communicate directly with the institution thereafter.
